Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance the customer journey from the initial phone call to the final walkthrough.

  • Develop strategies to encourage 5-star reviews and referrals from satisfied customers.

  • Leverage technology and automation to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency.

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Salary + Benefits
  • Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 including salary and commissions

  • Paid comprehensive training
