Responsibilities

Implement and optimize processes to enhance the customer journey from the initial phone call to the final walkthrough.

Develop strategies to encourage 5-star reviews and referrals from satisfied customers.

Leverage technology and automation to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Salary + Benefits

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 including salary and commissions
