Roofing Foreman/ Site Supervisor/ Repair Technician

Lead and supervise roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all times
Perform basic roof repairs, including shingle and metal roofing
Carry heavy materials up ladders and climb on roofs while practicing safety protocols
Ensure that every job site runs smoothly and meets the company’s high standards
Work early mornings, long hours, and in the heat with a can-do attitude

Tough, dependable, and hardworking
Bilingual (preferred), with experience in residential roofing, especially shingles and metal
Able to carry heavy materials, work early mornings, and never miss a day

Starting pay of $25/hour with mileage reimbursement
